We went there the last week of June. Roy (the manager) was very friendly, courteous and helpful both in making reservations and during our stay. We booked two rooms as we have a family of 7. The rooms were very neat and clean. The pool was a beautiful one; very clean, well kept, and maintained. We really enjoyed swimming at the end of our jam packed days. The kitchenette had everything that we needed to prepare our meals and pack our lunches. The price was extremely reasonable. It is not always easy to find value near such a major tourist attraction like Acadia National Park. It is about ten minutes from Acadia National Park which was superb. We hope to return in the near future. I Highly recommend the Acadia Sunrise without any hesitation.
